Beautiful Blackbird Children’s Book Festival

Ridah Ridah Entertainment (R2E) — the sound design and music production company founded by Atiim Chenzira and Jason Williams (JasWho?) — has been a proud collaborator with the Beautiful Blackbird Children’s Book Festival since 2020. Produced by Indigo Arts Alliance in partnership with I’m Your Neighbor Books and Diverse Book Finder, the festival celebrates Black children’s literature and reaches Black and Brown audiences so they may see themselves in books written and illustrated by Black people.

Over multiple festival seasons, R2E has served as a full-service creative production partner — delivering original music composition, immersive sound environments, voice-over performance, sizzle reels, radio commercials, and more. Bringing over 40 combined years of music and sound design expertise, Atiim Chenzira and JasWho? have helped shape the sonic identity of the festival from the ground up.
